Services
- We prepare a Search Agreement for each assignment and begin the search process upon signing of the agreement.
- We provide executive search services on an engagement fee basis. At the initiation of the assignment, we prepare Company and Position Profiles. When presenting a Candidate, we provide a Candidate Summary, Interview Summary, Resume, and initial Reference Check. Prior to extending an offer to a Candidate, we conduct a further Reference Check, and a Background Check, where applicable.
- We also provide organizational development and human resource management consulting services where requested by our clients.
Fees & Expenses
- Our fee is 20% of the base salary.
- The engagement fee (one-third of the fee) is payable at the time of the signing of the search agreement.
- The balance of the fee is payable upon search synergy successfully placing an individual i.e. upon the selected candidate's first day of employment.
