Ross Regis, Founder/President
Ross founded search synergy in 1999 with the vision of building a next generation executive search firm. During the ensuing time he put the building blocks in place to fulfill his vision. His corporate experience hi-lites follow:
- 18 years corporate HR management experience inclusive of 12 years athletic footwear and apparel, and 7 years international experience.
- Established and directed Reebok's HR function in Asia.
- Established and directed Avia Group International's HR function.
- At both Reebok and Avia, developed industry best practice HR functions. Staffed both organizations during significant periods of expansion followed by eventual downsizing. At Reebok, developed and implemented various management development programs to build internal and external pipelines of talent.
Ross is a long-time runner, road biker, and Tai Chi practitioner.

Julie Yochim, Research Manager
Julie joined search synergy in April 2004 and brought 6 years of athletic apparel experience with adidas, including 5 years in product management roles, to the team. In addition, Julie spent 6 years with Nordstrom in sales and management capacities while pursuing her B.S. in Communications from the University of Portland.
Julie runs as a fitness activity, is a Pilates convert, and enjoys traveling.
